Note:
  • Based on the asus site, Asus Eee PC X101CH is only support to Windows 7 32Bit.
  • When you instal using Windows 8 32 or 64 bit version,  All driver will automatically installed, except VGA. you can use driver VGA Eee PC X101CH for windows 7, its surely work.
  • Most important thing, if you instal Asus Eee PC X101CH using WIndows 8, some application can not work successful, like camera and other apps. It because max of resolution Eee PC Asus X101CH is only 1024x600.  To run camera and other apps, it needs higher resolution over 1024x600.

    This is a great pc for the $, replacing my Aspire 1 XP machine, but I uninstalled the original Synaptics touchpad driver while trying to install the latest update. Now I'm reduced to default basic operation as I cannot install the new driver (10 tries so far..). The touchpad does not appear on the System device list, so I cannot re-install. Any suggestions?

      Hi, have you check driver support in acer site? if available to you laptop just download than instal.
      if you filed after instal, use easy driver.. So far, i use it. everything is well done..

      can you actually d/l from the manufacturer site???
      Tells me to select OS (on win7 ult x32\, chrome and IE) but the only drop-down options is "select OS"

      I have an epc 1005ha and after installing the win 7 tonight, went to the OFFICIAL site and it just displays me that "select os" w/o any os actually listed!! wat can I do 2 have access to exactly those drivers? thx

      Yes right, after finishing windows installation, we have to select driver compatible to our windows. example, we instal windows 7 32Bit, we also need driver compatible to win 7 32bit, like VGA, wireless, and so on.. thanks..
